ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA :
1. The tenderer should have minimum 3
years experience as on 31/03/2009 in works of similar
nature.
2. The tenderers should have
successfully completed the following work in the last 7
years.
(i) One similar work of the value
of individual project
(equals to 80% of the value
of work to be executed).
OR
(ii) Two similar works of value of
individual projects.
(equals to 50% of the value of
work to be executed).
OR
(iii) Three similar works of value
of individual projects.
(equals to 40% of the value
of work to be executed).
3. The tenderer should have minimum
inhouse manpower to cover requirement of Format under
(B).
The successful tenderer would be
required to establish his office within the site of the
work in the
space provided by the ESIC.
4. Cost of Tender Form of Rs.260/- (inclusive
of all taxes).
5. EMD - As specified above.
Cost of tender schedule and EMD as
mentioned above should be remitted in the form of DD/
Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “E.S.I.C., S.R.O.,
Coimbatore”, payable at Coimbatore.
Tender documents containing
the scope of the works, terms and conditions etc., can
be obtained from the above office on all working days,
between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00
p.m. from 07.01.2010 to 19.01.2010.

can also be downloaded from this site. However cost of
tender document is payable.
Tender will be received at the
above office upto 2.00 p.m. on 20.01.2010 (Wednesday)
and opened in the presence of bidders available, at
3.00 p.m. on the same day.
Selection of agency will be at the
sole discretion of the ESIC which reserves its right to
accept or reject any or all of the tenders without
assigning any reason.
