ATTENTION - EMPLOYERS          

We are pleased to inform that the process of preparation of a robust master database of employers is underway and on completion of the database, employers will be able to comply with the provisions of ESI Act and carry out the transactions online (such as online payment of contribution, registration etc).

We request you to kindly download the excel file from the site.         Download master proforma

          The excel file may be duly filled in copied in a CD (duly superscribed “Employer Master” with employer code number, employer name and address) and handed over to the Branch Manager of your area, with a covering letter.

          CDs containing the excel file may be submitted to the Branch Office on or before 15.04.2010.

          Also kindly find a  circular by Director General of the ESI Corporation, New Delhi, on the subject addressed to employers.

          This exercise may be completed before 21^st  April, 2010.
