S.O.1122(E) -
In
pursuance of Section 4 of the ESI Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) and in
suppression of the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Labour number S.O. 164(E) dated 4th February,
2004, the Central Government hereby directs that the Employees'
State Insurance Corporation established under sub-section (1) of
Section 3 of the said Act, shall with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official Gazette,
